These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services (the "Services") provided by Delta88 (hereinafter referred to as "Delta88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") through the website accessible at delta88.cam and any associated mobile or desktop interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, participating in any game, or utilising any feature of the delta88 Services, you (referred to as "the User", "the Player", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an active account on delta88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Delta88 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. By registering, you declare and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account at any time.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by Delta88 or any relevant gambling regulatory authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Account registration, deposits, and betting must be conducted solely on your own behalf and using your own funds.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

To access the full Services provided by delta88, you are required to complete the account registration process. During registration, you must provide, at minimum, a valid username, password, email address, and where required, a valid Malaysian mobile number or identification document.

You agree to keep all registration information accurate and up to date throughout the period of your account. Delta88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any point to verify the information provided, including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad, passport, utility bill, or bank statement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party and must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account. Delta88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

Delta88 reserves the right to refuse registration of any account, suspend any existing account, or require additional documentation at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

By using the delta88 platform, you agree to the following terms governing acceptable use of the Services:

• You will use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the operation of the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• You will not engage in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime in connection with your use of the Services.
• You acknowledge that the outcome of all games and betting markets is determined by fair and independent systems. Any attempt to manipulate outcomes constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• You accept that delta88 reserves the right to void bets or game results where a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed error has materially affected the outcome.

Delta88 provides access to the Services on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to scheduled maintenance periods.

Delta88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) exclusively, except where cryptocurrency deposits are utilised, in which case the transaction will be converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of processing. The following payment methods are available:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — processed instantly.
• Bank Transfer / FPX: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect — processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow — processed instantly.
• Cryptocurrency: BTC (Bitcoin), USDT (Tether) — subject to network confirmation times.

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Delta88 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. Delta88 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow transactions, though this is a target and not a contractual guarantee.

Funds deposited to your account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Delta88 prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be refunded and the account may be subject to review.

Delta88 offers a range of promotional offers including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each welcome bonus is available to new players registering their first account on delta88. A player may not claim a welcome bonus more than once, including through the use of multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. Wagering requirements for specific promotions range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount and are clearly specified at the time of the offer.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino wagers may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Delta88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotion being cancelled, bonus funds that have already been credited to eligible accounts will be honoured subject to the terms attached at the time of credit.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms, including through coordinated betting, hedging, or systematic exploitation of wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balances within your account. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless otherwise specified by the terms of a specific promotion.

Delta88 offers sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other major sporting events, as well as esports markets. The following general betting rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except where expressly permitted by specific in-play betting rules.
• Delta88 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, refuse any bet, or restrict access to specific markets at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical error that results in a bet being accepted at clearly incorrect odds, delta88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed on suspended markets, after an event has concluded, or on markets that have been clearly mispriced due to a data feed error will be voided and stakes returned.
• For Asian Handicap markets, half-win, half-loss, and push outcomes are settled according to standard Asian Handicap rules and the applicable market-specific rules published on the platform.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win or cover the handicap for the full payout to be awarded. A voided selection within an accumulator reduces the number of legs accordingly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the delta88 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive delta88 or other players, including the use of counterfeit documents, stolen payment methods, or false identity information.
• Money Laundering: Use of the platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activities, or any attempt to disguise the origin of illicitly obtained funds through gambling transactions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-format games.
• Use of Automated Tools: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software tool designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, miscalculated odds, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Multi-accounting: Registration or use of more than one account by the same individual, including accounts registered under different names or using different payment methods.

Delta88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all registered players with access to the following tools and measures, available at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately upon being set and cannot be increased during the applicable cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configurable notifications reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which access to the platform is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure available to any player who believes their gambling has become problematic. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum mandatory period.

All content available on the delta88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, source code, databases, and the overall design and layout of the platform (the "Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of Delta88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for the purpose of using the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the platform without the prior written consent of Delta88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Delta88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if Delta88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Delta88's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Delta88 makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own devices.

Delta88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any other applicable policy;
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• You have engaged in any form of fraud, prohibited conduct, or illegal activity;
• It is required to do so by law, regulation, or court order;
• Your account shows no transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months (inactive account policy).

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Your account will remain accessible until the closure request has been fully processed and any pending transactions have been settled.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

Where any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Delta88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where we consider the changes to be significant, we may additionally notify registered users via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the delta88 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
